What exactly happened in that "infamous Norton Cock-up"? Was it the voice-overs? I just assumed something was wrong with my download. Is that the way the show really aired??

Yes, that's exactly how it aired. Graham presented a live programme that was one before and after Doctor Who and someone forgot to turn off the live feed. (oops). On the commentaries Julie Gardner and RTD say that they nearly had heart attacks.

Strangely, up in Scotland I don't think we got the Norton voiceover. I remember people talking about it and thinking "I didn't hear anything".

Hi I tried downloading and it downloads fine but when I tried to play it, I get the sound but no picture. Any ideas?

You may need to download divx codecs to make it work. Although it should play fine without them, weird.

Do you have pop-ups disabled on your browser? These open straight into the download box, without going through megaupload first. I've just checked all three and they are still working.
