Yay Telly!

Chuck
Only up to episode five but am enjoying it greatly. The soundtrack is full of songs I like. I think Morgan is both the cutest and creepiest little guy ever. And I *really* like the opening credits. Adam Baldwin = still made of win.

The Colour of Magic
Finally got around to watching the second part (The Light Fantastic). Most pleased by Sean Astin going po-tay-toe in a random manner. Intentional or not? Why is Tim Curry not on the Tellt more?

The Invisibles
Has the worst opening credits music I have heard in quite a while. But it does have ASH, Dean Lennox Kelly AND Jenny Agutter apparently sporting a Britney Spears-style pvc catsuit.

Dexter
Not seen this week's ITV episode. So please don't spoil me. ITV are calling it the series finale, but we're only twelve episodes in, so I'm a bit confused.

I showed His Lordship the trailer for the US Life on Mars. He had to turn it off at the point 'Gene' did orientation. He was not impressed. Not one bit.

Dexter - Probably finishing it early to make way for Euro 2008. Football rules ITV (they gave up F1 so the BBC wouldn't bid for the Champions league apparently).

Dexter has only 13 episodes per season, so yes, next week must be the finale.

Is The Invisibles any good? I kind of want to watch it...

This week's Dexter was the series finale, yes.

Not to mention completely in love with Chuck

I noticed that Po-Tay-Toe moment too and plan to ask him about it. I think it was an intentional shoutout to Sam!

*hugs*

I thought both seasons only have 12 each? I've sean seaon 1 and it wraps up nicely at Episode 12, and from what I gather on TV.com, S2 is also only 12 eps long.

Remember that Dexter originally aired on Showtime, which isn't like a regular network - it's a for pay. They do shorter seasons.

Chuck is LOVE.

Does it? I... might... be confused, then. I blame Who and Torchwood who are 13 eps each, and since Dexter is a cable series, it's not 20-something episodes long like the US network shows.

What I want to say (very inarticulately) is that yes, I checked, and Dexter is 12 episodes long. :P

100%! And Casey is just hilarious.

Colour of Magic is cute, I enjoyed it, I thought they did it really well, very Pratchett-y. Tim Curry seems to be type cast as 'kiddie-villain' and since Sly is pulling in that gig Tim seems to have disappeared. I ♥ Tim Curry, e was one of my fav actors as a kid.

And I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks The Invisibles</i opening credits are kinda aweful, and now that I think on it it is the music that makes it bad.

Tim Curry does need to be on telly more. He should be the next Master.
