Do any of you want to buy a house?

Our house has been on the Market for six weeks now and we still haven't had a single viewing. It's not like we live in squalour with holes in the walls and rubbish everywhere. Our house even looks nice on the interwebs.

I think it's all down to the fact that most first time buyers don't have £30-£35,000 just lying around to put against a deposit and banks are decidedly unwilling to lend.

I've told His Lordship that we're not going to look at more houses until people come to look at ours because it's really depressing looking round all these places and knowing that if we find our dream home we wouldn't be able to buy it. :(

Our estate agents couldn't be less proactive, I'm seriously considering dumping them and getting another.

Our house is also on the market for £10k less than the other two houses on our estate in the same style as us.

They both have brand new kitchens and old bathrooms whereas we have a brand new bathroom and an old kitchen.
