Things that make me sad

Oh RSC, why do you keep me in the dark so? It's not very fair to me or my 24 close friends who are coming with me. You do realise you'll be getting a call off me at 9am tomorrow don't you? Be afraid, be very afraid. I'm glad I took a 'just in case' photocopy of my booking form - for just in case.

you STILL haven't heard about your tickets? that is awful. my friend heard back about hers just a week after booking via snail mail IIRC. she of course didn't book 25 tickets but around 6 for both Hamlet and LLL. hope you are able to get it sorted.

I was talking to the marketing manager the other week, and they're absolutely frantic. The tickets are going faster than the proverbial warm doughy products and they're struggling to keep up, I think. They've already limited group sizes to 60.

The lady I spoke to today was absolutely wonderful. They are the nicest box office staff I've dealt with in a long time.
