Telly!
Yay for there being lots of telly!
I'm still feel gipped for not having commentaries and the like the the series 1 PD DVD. I hope that this is soon rectified.
[x] Bee-lieve. LOL This recap is very pun-tastic.
[x] Ned set fire to their truck! That's very reckless of him. I had always wondered how they managed to sneak Chuck out of the funeral home. This wasn't quite how I thought they'd done it though.
[x] semi nekkid Ned, in the first couple of minutes blimey
[x] Well that answered a question I had, it's not just his hands with magical life-giving powers.
[x] Wow, I've not see a manual credit card wiper thingy since I was much younger than I am now. I had a work-related accident off one of them things.
[x] Death by bee sting, ugh and the aftermath of such a death is even worse!
[x] "If I could breathe I would vomit."
[x] LOL Sound of Music!
[x] The bees are dying everywhere, this makes me sad, like bees, they are a lot of fun and they make things I like. Like honey and beewax.
[x] Emerson is very in touch with feelings and stuff. :/
[x] "I like my belongings, they belong to me." Me too, Olive, me too.
[x] She's covered in bees!!! [/Eddie Izzard]
[x] "and by cabbage patch I mean your lady parts."
[x] She's got more books than me!
[x] The pop up light was awesome. In fact, Emerson's pop up book as a whole is quite awesome. I want a copy.
In conclusion
Oh I've missed Pushing Daisies, it never fails to make me smile (apart from the horrible bee death, that was horrible).
8/10
[x] Claire goes bad? How interesting? And why can I not shift the feeling that future!Peter (who can shape change) is not actually Peter at all, but someone with much longer eyebrows?
[x] Sylar stalking Claire, slasher-movie style was actually quite terrifying. (But then again I am petrified of seeing someone else's face in a mirror or glass door or something.)
[x] The very fast girl has the same H&M top as me. Only mine is purple and much cooler. A work =mate got a bit confused and thought she was the lightning bolt girl from veronica Mars (her name completely escapes me at the moment)
[x] Why does the new apocalypse facing our heroes look suspiciously like the Cloverfield monster?
[x] Future!Ando has the best superpower. Trufax. Big red firebolts, I'd have me some of that. I wonder how he got it? maybe there really is a hero inside us all (Which would amuse His Lordship no end.) Hiro's going to figure out a way to save Ando. You can tell. Did anyone else notice that future!Hiro didn't have that little goatee, he's a different future!Hiro. Oh that's not going to get confusing.
[x] So the earth is going to asplode this time then? Is that what the subtle hint graffiti is trying to tell us?
[x] Nathan's got a really big chin. Why have I never noticed it before?
[x] How can Linderman still be alive? His brains were well mushed. I am all confused?
[x] And on the subject of confusion what is not!Nikki doing with Sheridan from Babylon5?
[x] So, Ma Petrelli can see the future then? Now that's very interesting.
[x] Suresh, you are an idiot (in the Banner style) injecting yourself like that. Super strength is a rubbish superpower. You want to get yourself some big red energy bolts.
[x] I hope Matt's okay. He's my favourite.
In Conclusion
better than a lot of last year, intrigued by the new little plot developments. And what te heck is going on on level 5.
7.5/10
His Lordship rang me straight after Heroes last night to make sure I was distracted and not turning over to watch episode two on BBC Three. What a meanie.
And one question to leave you with:
If you had a superpower what would it be?

I want all of Superman's powers minus the weaknesses and tights!

Heroes~ I haven't seen Cloverfield but it's to the point of 'Okay what is it this time?'

Probably talking to birds and plants, though I'm partial to telepathy.

I'd like telekinesis, please, especially if it would allow me to do the housework using only my thoughts...

Another vote for telekinesis here as a power. They should have someone on the show who can properly do that, not just someone who nicked it from someone else (*looks at Peter and Sylar*)

Next week: clowns. OH MY GOD. *whimper*
I have things to say about Heroes but I think I'm a week ahead of you so I'll just shut up for now 'cos I don't want to spoil you...
