The Annual Panto Meet-up 2010

Barely have we got home from the last (100% Barrowman-free!) panto, and here I am looking to organise the next one. Ahem.

John is appearing in Aladdin at the SECC in Glasgow

Let me know which days you are interested in by using this handly little poll:

[Poll #1505220]

At the moment there are tickets available for these dates varying from Row C backwards. Front stalls tickets cost £27.50.

Currently interested in going are:

(I can't remember if anyone else definitely said yes to going on Monday or not)

Once we've got the date sorted I'll start investigating hotels, flights, trains etc.

Once again, I already have a ticket for opening night - my friend's parents live just outside Glasgow and have offered accomodation and transport, so we snapped up tickets the day they went on sale...

Piper and Jane both seemed pretty keen too.

I don't think the 30th is a good idea only because we'll be travelling home on NYE which may not be that fun.

I should imagine any of those dates would be awesome - I'd love to catch up with you all!

(And I could offer a couch to someone who doesn't mind crashing in Edinburgh and getting a lift with me!)

I am so sad that I probably won't be able to make it at those dates :( We need to meet up in the summer again!

I have no real preference as to dates as pretty much any of them would have to be taken as leave and therefore I can't book them until next november anyway. However if the 28th is going to be the first working day after christmas I vote for that one. Apparently tuesday was hell on my line at work and I don't wish to be there for that next year either.

Sounds lovely, count me in? I've vote for the 28th/29th - the 23rd is a bit too close to Christmas for my liking. I have visions of freak snowstorms and eating Christmas dinner in a hostel in Glasgow somewhere... :O

I definitely want to come but the after christmas dates would be much much better cos I would really struggle to get time off before I suspect.
