It's been 4 and a bit years since this last happened. I was so excited I rang His Lordship (who was i nthe kitchen at the time) to tell him to come and look. Bilbo *never* sits on my lap. He's not a lapcat kind of cat. At all. (Unless it's His Lordship or Dave.)

"Hello," said Bilbo. "Mind if I sit on your lap?"

*stomp stomp* "Your thighs aren't very comfortable." *stomp stomp* "That's why I sit on the one that's rubbish at food giving."
