Stuff and nonsense.
December 15th, 2008 10:10 pmI'm catching up on my shows:
Never Mind the Buzzcocks
[x] This week's episode - was actually really funny. Could the magic be coming back as Simon Amstell's hair grows back? I think there should be a scientific study.
[x] I noticed over the years quite a bit of h8 on the flist for Josh Groban. However, he came across as a really lovely, and rather funny chap. Why all the h8 flist? (Admittedly his music is a bit American Westlife, so I can possibly see your point)
[x] I love Omid. But that's no secret really.
[x] Omid + Josh Groban = best intro's round ever.
[x] I'm actually sad that it's got good so close to the end of the run, the last two weeks have been proper laugh out loud.
[x] It's not the same without Bill.
[x] I also love Grant from Feeder and know who he is.
[x] Why on earth did Heston thin kit was a good idea to go on this show?
Thanks
lovespollution for the cutest Christmas bunny ever!

August 8th, 2008 05:12 pmHamlet stuffs:
Other stuffs:
- Hamlet - done Facebook status style. I lol'd. And changed my Facebook status accordingly.
- Sci-fi saved Shakespeare - lets just ignore the fact that both Tennant and Stewart were RSC actors first and schi-fi stars second shall we? *rolls eyes*
Other stuffs:
- Simon Pegg interviews Jess & Edgar about Spaced
- Man makes a Batmobile
- Dollshouse script pages leaked - so what do you think about this show?
- New recurring characters joining S5 of Lost - I'm am intrigued. This is my intrigued face. See?

August 6th, 2008 03:33 pm- You'll have to wait a little bit longer to own a Hobbit home all of your very own. (I know six people who work in Construction who all got made redundant this week. It's all very depressing).
- There's going to be an Indy V! (Why God? Why? Apparently Mutt won't be the focus character)
- Top 15 Sci-fi hotties. (I disagree with this list so look out for a Top fifteen of my own at some point in the near future. When I get around to it.)
- Johnny Depp filming in Plymouth. Extras wanted. (Oh
glitteraddict89 you really must go and see if you can get a part!)
- Simon Pegg wants to write for Star Wars. (Even after the Phantom Menace)
- Olsen wants legal immunity from prosecution regarding Heath Ledger's death (this strikes me as suspicious. And the fact it took ten minutes to call the emergency serivces, he could have lived :()
- The BBC Round-up of the Hamlet reviews
- Shakespeare's first theatre found

The trailer for the US version of Life on Mars
I really don't know what to say. I hope this emoticon :/ goes some way to showing to you how I feel about it. Will they have the scary Test Card Girl? (Did American telly even have anything like that?) If they'd taken the basic plot and then completely reimagined it then maybe it'll work but so much of the trailer is shot-by-shot of our version. And Chief O'Brien is just too nice to be the Gene Genie.

Happy Nearly New Year!!!
December 31st, 2005 05:13 pmWas woken up at 1am this morning by some drunken fool who'd dialled the wrong number. I was less than impressed. Calls in the middle of the night mean one of two things: 1) If His Lordship is out then it's likely to be him, drunk, telling the things he sees as he walks back to the Train Station or 2) Someone's in hospital/ill/dead. As His Lordship was home then it was more likely to be '2'. Hence me being less than impressed. Stupid Drunks.
Met His Lordship's new kitten-shaped friend. Small-faced kitten is really very with the cute. Absolutely tiny, but very playful. He loved Bilbo's fish on a stick and even more surprising was the fact Bilbo was nice to him and didn't try and rip an ear off or anything, even when S-FK tried to pounce on him and everything. The three of us had a lot of fun together.
( Small-Faced Kitten )
On the subject of Bilbo I have a picture:
( he's so big and brave... )
This is where I reckon he'll be hiding for most of tonight as the local Chavs set off a fireworks factory worth of crappy fireworks. Poor Bilbs.
We're not going out tonight. I take offence at having to pay to get into any of the local pubs who make no effort for New Year's (other than put of Jools Holland). Instead me and His Lordship are going to cook a nice three-course dinner (I'm doing the pudding - it includes Cherry Brownie ice cream) and watch TV.
On the subject of TV we're surrently watching the first season of Arrested Development at the moment and it's really very funny. Why was it cancelled? (Stoopid networks) It's about a million times better than Curb Your Enthusiasm.
And finally...
Why has no one mentioned that Simon Pegg's in Mission: Impossible III? I now have a reason to go and sit through a Tom Cruise film.
