Opening the curtains above my cot and seeing that it had snowed during the night. Climbing out of said cot, going down the stairs, putting on my wellies (they were red), climbing back up the stairs, climbing back into my cot and then waiting patiently for my mum and/or dad to wake up so I could go and play in the snow.
I was 18 months old.
