[x] Narrator: is Gene beating up a nonce?
[x] Sam: I'll say this once. Stay out of Camberwick Green = MADE OF AWESOME!
[x] Not going to the pub for thirty-six hours - that really was unheard of back in them days.
[x] I had one of them camera things. It had ET and some Disney film reels. And one of those red vanity boxes that was in the Lost Property room during the interview (in fact I still do, somewhere)
[x] Gene wins the award for the most 70s references in one sentance. Yay for Van der Valk
[x] mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Jam and Crumpets.
[x] Chris' 1972 moustache was hideous and also rather lol-worthy. Poor old Chris pwned by a bunch of schoolgirls.
[x] And there's me mum's clock again, above the bookcase in Ma Bathurst's house. My mum will be so proud.
[x] Gene: And I'll ask again, only slightly louder: HOW?
[x] I always thought the Devil was in the details.
[x] Gene: I know what blood group he is. A rheus smug.
[x] I liked Sam watching everything that is going on the telly.
[x] Annie for the win. She's definitely the best detective this week.
[x] Quick! Arm yourselves with terracotta plant pots.
[x] Sam/Annie = awww. He was so happy to see her. I expect to see many, many icons of that hug tomorrow.
[x] I rather enjoyed this week. I just wish the Camberwick Green bit was a bit longer.

The Camberwick Green bit pretty much killed me to death...Whoever thought of that should be knighted.

My one of those camera things had dinosaurs, I think. And Disney film stills, yes! How random.

It was cracking, wasn't it? Structurally went a bit wonky in places, but rather exciting to have clever stuff playing about with POV when the whole series is based on this really unique POV set-up. Plus I totally thought it was the Dad wot dunnit (but not the bit he actually dun), so yay for cleverer misdirection than usual.

Aww, Sam/Annie. I love them.

*giggles* I love Gene so much.
Yes I was hoping for a bit more of the animation, but it was only what we'd already seen on the trailer.. booo. :(
Chris is so adorable hehee.
And nice to see Sam smiling for once at the end.

I had a red camera thingy - what were they called? I had Disney characters with mine and the film came in a kind of disc. Damn - it's so frustrating when you can't remember what things are called. Something view? View finder? My 17 yr old couldn't believe that Camblewick Green (and of course, Trumpton) were what passed as kids entertainment in the 70s. It would have been so much funnier if Brian Cant (Play Away) did the narration.

"I reckon the Munich games is one for the history books"

It would be funny if it wasn't so horrible...

I noticed you were a bit behind with banners on lost_icontest, and was wondering if you wanted any help making them. (I'm avoiding writing an English essay) :D
