I didn't get the impression Saly was moving on when she grabbed the Doctor's hand. Somehow she knew his reputation for moving in on the ladies when they have a boyfriend in tow. Did it with Rose, did it with Reinette and now Sally has got him interested in her. ;)
Or maybe not. Though all my favourite possible companions have come from the guest star on episode ten. Would have loved Sally or Elton to be on board. Fortunately Jack made it :)
