The news about Terry Practett is terribly sad, but it's good to see that he's being very positive about it.

I dreamt about one of my old schoolfriends who I've not spoken to for about 10 years. It was all happy reunion and stuff. Now I have this need to try and track him down.

The card arrived the other day my sister went "awww", i will try to send one out to you, but if not i'll find a spooky postcard of Oxford to send (i'm having a bit of a cash flow problem i.e. bailing daddy out with the rent).

That is really sad news about Terry Pratchett, he is one of my favourite authors. But as you say he does sound positive about it, and there are drugs out there that can at least in the short term improve the condition a bit.

I do feel very sad about Terry Prachett. He was such a nice man when he did the book signing at work.

That is sad news about Terry. However, it is good in a way that he has been diagnosed early. There are quite a few new meds now available for slowing down the progress of dementia, hopefully one of these will prove useful for Terry.
