As for James' May's toy program - are you sure you're not me? I had some hardcore fuzzy felt, actually said to the bro that we had the infinitely cooler and more rock blue Major Morgan , could actually do spirograph and had Sylvanian families.I did have the plastic treehouse thing but I did have its spiritual sister the Big Yellow Teapot. And yes the dog was as big as the people too. We also had the Fisher Price farmhouse that mooed when you opened the doors.
I thought Evel Kinevel was interesting but indeed odd. He seemed to know the end was coming and maybe he didn't want to remember some of the stuff he did or maybe it was just a reminder of how frail he'd become. It was great and rather touching though to see Richard's reaction to meeting his boyhood hero.
