Although setting fire to the atmosphere surely can't work in real life science without killing everyone and taking out the Valiant as it hovers in the air? Surely the flames would eat up all the oxygen? <<<< This is pretty much what I was thinking here. Maybe if they'd made it a weird shimmery cleansing effect rather than a fire effect I would have bought it more. Maybe.
