I think this is pretty much my most favourite of all the glass pieces I've made so far.


(Apologies for the bonus shot of my pasty chest. ahem)

I've also started work on people's Christmas Presents. Sadly I can't show them here because it would spoil the surprise, but if I can pull off chicklet73's present I will be highly chuffed with myself and give it a post all of it's own.


This is what is currently cooking. Consisting of two pendants for my commission, two pendants I'm probably going to sell via work's 'sales' board, a practice firepolished piece that I'd drilled a hole in and someone's Christmas Present.


And there they all are cooking. I've made little walls out of fibre blanket to try to prevent over-fusing the edges of the glass. It's working with mixed success. I think I need some pieces of kiln shelf. I shall have to look into that.



redscharlach has made the most brilliant Merlin icons. Run, don't walk to this here post. (I'm a little bit in love with my new default icon).

Still playing LittleBigPlanet. I've had a bit of a costume change and made some new friends, *waves* hi guys.

His Lordship has made a level, it's called Rocket Bang Bang. be kind, it's his first ever attempt. I think it's fiendish and also spiffy.

I've been running around this evening, trying to 100% the early levels. Stephen Fry's voice is still making me giggling every time I hear it. Worth sitting through the gazillion tutorials for.

I haven't picked up one of those great new Merlin icons yet so this one will have to do.

The piece you are modelling is so very pretty. You appear to be getting more adventurous with each set of photos! And if you do start making enough to sell them, I'd certainly be interested in looking!...
