Urgh - I feel your pain - our house was on the market for over 6 months before we got an offer... and it's a bit of a dodgy offer that I'm kinda expecting to fall through...
My estate agent friend would say that if you've been on the market even for 2 weeks and not had a single viewing, your house is priced wrongly.
Have you had a chat with your estate agent? They should be being proactive and suggesting ways to get more people through the door and I would suggest that if they don't start pulling their finger out, you move to a new agent.
