[x] The fact modern day negotiation techniques don't work back in the Seventies.

[x] All the tick-tockings of the clocks reminded me of the Chu-Chu's of 24. Only with less Kiefer.

[x] Gene and Tyler handcuffed to the radiator. :D

[x] Considering Gene and Sam are handcuffed to the radiator and the heating's been cranked up to full how come they're not all sweaty? Or would that be too slashy?

They only bloody well roll over the bonnet of a car!!! The trailer alone has put me into 70s cop show heaven!! I've been waiting five weeks for this

I cried with laughter from them discovering Gene's "protective equipment" and through the explantion of why the special branch officer had been assaulted.

Have to admit, when I saw the trailer for next weeks ep, the first thing that popped into my head was "I bet _kali_ is squeeing excitedly right about now".

I didn't think I liked Gene but I was actually worried when he got shot.
