... Before Muse get the Dior advert with Space Dementia pulled from screens. It was reported at the time how unhappy they were with Nescafe when they used Feeling Good in one of their ads.
I'm confused - usually those large companies go through all kinds of rights and clearances procedures before they put an advertisement together - even if Muse is unhappy with it, if they've allowed the rights to be licensed, do they have any say at all?
The companies should do yes, but I remember reading the Muse said Nescafe couldn't but they went ahead and did it anyway and Muse sued them for a (large) undisclosed sum which they donated to charidee
