Dig out your flashing fluffy bunny ears, peeps!

Just got an email from the Birmingham Hippodrome.

Following the record-breaking success of Aladdin last Christmas, we are delighted to confirm that John Barrowman will be returning to the theatre in the brand new production of Robin Hood - The Pantomime Adventure from Friday 19 December 2008 to Sunday 1 February 2009.

John Barrowman commented:
"I had a great time at Birmingham Hippodrome over Christmas and the new year. Everyone made me and the whole cast feel so welcome. I'm really looking forward to coming back. Robin Hood - The Pantomime Adventure is going to be a spectacular production, full of surprises and lots of sparkle. Don't miss it!"

Tickets for Robin Hood - The Pantomime Adventure are on sale now and selling fast.

BOOK YOUR TICKETS NOW to guarantee your seats.

*dances excitedly*

Right then. Who's up for coming? Tickets are on general sale now. Woes. So If I'm getting them I'm getting them in the next few days. And they are selling really, really fast.

Tickets cost £25-£30 depending on when we get the tickets. I may be able to get further money off as I'm a friend of the Hippodrome but I won't know until I ring them (as my discounts aren't available online)

Available dates (all 7.15pm performances):
Monday 22nd December (best seats, front stalls row A) (This is the date I'm voting for, because FRONT ROW SEATS)
Tuesday 23rd December (best seats, front stalls row H)
Saturday 27th December (best seats, rear stalls from row N back)
Monday 29th December (best seats, front stalls row L (in fact pretty much where we were sitting before, rear stalls from row N back)
Tuesday 30th December (best seats, front stalls row A back - not many right at the front though.) (This is the date I'm voting for, because FRONT ROW SEATS)

Seating Plan | Live Seating Availability - watch all the seats getting bought before your eyes :(

I am *only* buying tickets for people on my flist. I can't be dealing with the headaches nowadays. So basically if you're seeing this then I will try and get hold of tickets for you.

Coming so far:

A little bit yes, but it's still about average ticket prices. The Hip's not really raised their panto prices for years. Plus they know they're going to make *lot* of money from this.

Ooo! Yes please!

This is totally fandoms collide. Do you think we can go back to yours after again and watch Robin Hood just to confuse ourselves?

On a related note - everything sorted for the summer now? Val sounded so nice on the phone!

Kipping at yours again would be fabulous. I can try and burn my fingers again on muffins.

I'd go for whatever date you can get the best tickets for since I'll be off work and don't have anything booked for December.

How long do you think it'll be until my poor fangirl head explodes with that crossover? As long as there's no Much in the panto, I think I'll be okay.

*wibbles* I want to come. I really, really want to come. It'll depend on where I'm staying, though. You know me and tiredness.

Get me a ticket then please.
I think it'd do me good to see a panto (last one i saw starred an aussie actress who is now in emmerdale, her name escapes me).

And don't worry Julia, i will pay for the ticket (even if my social phobia gets the better of me).

I'm voting for the 29th or 30th, because I stand a chance of joining in. Those are the only dates I could.

Oh, I would love to go!! I'll hopefully be spending the fall semester in London so I can actually go this time, hurrah. Um, front row seats would be lovely, but whatever date you decide to do will probably be fine. You'll just have to give me all the details on how to get there, where to stay, &c. Maybe I could stay with someone? I'm so glad JB's doing it again this year :D

You probably could guess from my text (thank you again btw, you are a star) that I don't mind when as long as trains will be running (my luck with them and all). Your text really brightened up my evening, after a full day at work I had dashed home to feed and walk the dog, gobble some food down myself and then go and babysit, where I sat feeling quite bored and tired, only to have to get up at half six this morning to go to work. And I'm babysitting again this evening!
