Doesn't he though?! When I watch series 2 I just can't get over how much he's aged. I'd say all that non-stop filming really hasn't help. Man needs to rest!

Yeah, he's aged crazily in the past few years. And/or then he's just hit that point where he's starting to age more rapidly. It's crazy how boyish he looks in, say, Casanova. Not that it isn't still there and he always looks totally UNFable, but yeah.

He still looks a lot younger in real life than he did in series 4 though, it was one of the things that stuck me when I saw him. Goodness knows how skinny he's gonna be by the time he's finished with the RSC, he looks as if he burns off everything he eats in 3 nano-seconds.

I didn't know that BBC Four were repeating it :( But I do have a very battered VHS tape of the series from when it was originally shown back in the dark ages before DVD players and Sky+.
