A few thinks on DW

[x] It was by no means a perfect series and it did had its flaws/gaping plot holes and the like, but overall I did really enjoy it.

[x] Weeping!Daleks - possibly the scariet combination of DW villians ever! Don't blink or you'll get exterminated.

[x] I got a bit teary at the AV for the Pandorica in the museum. I really did worry that auton!Rory got melted during the Blitz and after looking after Amy for so long too.

[x] Fezzes/fez's are NOT cool!

[x] The sky with no stars in it looked so very strange. Poor Amelia, the only girl who believes in stars.

[x] River facing down the Weeping!Dalek was rather awesome and I may have done a little out-loud cheer at it.

[x] It was nice to finally have a finale that had a happy ending. Well a and they all live happily ever after was almost inevitable considering this whole series was a fairytale. (According to the Moff anyway). This was the first finale where I didn't shed a tear because the Doctor died, or Rose got trapped in a Zepplin-powered universe (twice) or Martha's family were suffering from PTS or Donna had her mind wiped. Instead the girl got the guy (and a mum and dad) and the Doctor dad!danced at her wedding.

[x] Re: dad!dancing, Matt Smith can really move OMG!

[x] And I am very pleased about the set up for next year, a married couple on the TARDIS (Babs & Ian ♥) and a TARDIS OT4. It pleases me greatly.

[x] Oh, and the set-up for the Christmas Special made me do an actual LOL.The Orient Express in Space. I hope it's got a nod to Poirot.

[x] And, by the looks of it, a multi-series arc involving River and whoever/whatever was controlling the TARDIS to make the cracks. Hmmmmm, interesting.

I was soo pleased when they brought Rory back and I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with a married couple on board.

And I like River (I know of some who hate her) so more of her is no bad thing.

And I also noticed that we still don't know what was controlling the Tardis - I look forward to finding out.

Although I must respectfully disagree with the whole fezzes =/= cool thing. *g*

I cannot wait for Christmas!!! I cannot wait for the DVDs of this season! I cannot wait to get a Mini!Eleven!
