Planning and stuff behind the cut.


I've been having a look at hotels in the general area of the SECC and how much they'd cost. The picture below shows where they are and how much they'd cost for 1 night (28th December) so we can get an idea of costs. Do you think two nights would be better? How are you planning on travelling up? I've checked the flights from Brum and the other week they were going for 1p plus taxes (so £40-odd return).

All the places with a price against them have twin rooms available.



And who fancies sharing with me? I don't snore (much) and can provide earplugs :D

I'm still on the look-out for some money from some of you. If I'm seeing you on the weekend of 6th August (what's going on with that BTW? I've been a bit out of the loop) you can give me the money them.

Are you sure it's okay to wait until the 6th? I can send it to you before then if that's better for you. By carrier pigeon I'm thinking - probably more reliable.

EDIT: As for summer meet up, don't really know what's going on. Kate booked some accommodation, but I don't know where. Nor what we're doing yet. Maybe seeing Legally Blonde...

My bads about accomodation. Will do a post once caught up with the friends part of my friend list. And I know there was plans to spoil emma for her birthday. And I want to go to the museum of london (if possible).

PS vote two nights. Devon to Glasgow, don't think I'll be able to do there and panto in one day.
