__kali__ on telly
January 12th, 2008 08:35 pmNot actually on the telly. That's just crazy talk. But I am getting a bit square-eyed at the moment.
Witch Hunter Robin: Bit like The X-Files but with magic. Like the dynamic between the two leads, and Robin's hair is made of win. It's quite slow-paced, but it doesn't make it boring. And I'm sure there's a lot more to some of the characters than has currently been let on. Could get explosive.
S-cry-ed: Noooo-clear disaster has spawned people with superhuman powers who can create 'alters' out of the molecules around them to fight with. Of course, there's one person who bucks the trent and who's alter is part of them and that's our hero. Seven episodes in and it's starting to get going.
Planetes: I like the buddy dynamic - although the ninjas in the last episode I watched were really, really silly.
Robin Hood: It was like someone replaced the last 6 pages of script with a fanfiction. o_0 Good set up for next year. (Was that spoiler-free enough?)
Animal Park: I've become addicted to this. We're planning a work trip to Longleat this year and it's all part of our research. So far I've learnt that the tigers will try to take a chunk out of my car and the naughty little monkeys will snap my aerial off my car. Little gits. However, they do have a bunch of baby otters and otters are made of win.
